I just received my third box and I love the products and items I have received in every box so far.

I was shocked when I got my spring box, it was shipped in a bigger box with the extra items I had purchased, but the actual spring box was empty had just the paper in it, I am sure that it is a busy time trying to get everybody's boxes processed, and someone thought the box had been loaded when they put it in the bigger box. But Alvin was great I explained and he took great care of me. Thanks for all your help and attention, 1 more thing I did notice that I spent the extra $15.00 and didn't get my free gift? Did I miss something on that.

FabFitFun is a joke! They screw their customers! They don’t let them know when it’s time to customize your box no matter if you have preferences set or not, even if you are an annual customer. I contacted customer care and she promised me to correct the problem yet they screwed me once again! I canceled my membership and am withdrawing my payment! This box is an expensive way to get you to waste your money with empty promises and cheap items!

I was disappointed that an item I ordered was not in my box. There was no explanation as to why it was missing. I chatted online with a representative + it will be shipped to me in 2-3 weeks. I am glad the issue is resolved however my first experience is less than satisfactory

I received an email from FabFitFun that if I reactivated my account with them I could customize my box & also receive $125.00 in extra goodies. So I paid $200.00 (they make you pay first) then went to pick my products & apparently it was too late to pick. (they failed to mention the window for customizing my box had already expired) So I paid $200 for stuff that I do not even want. When I called customer service they were HORRIBLE! I was bluntly told too bad and that there was nothing they could do about it. I feel totally scammed
