Has gone down hill.
I ordered these boxes for a couple of years and they were so fun and great! Last time, I got all cheap stuff from prior seasons and one broken thing. They did not do anything about it, just said I should of customized it. I thought you were supposed to get cool fun stuff and have it be a surprise not end up mad that you spent money on what you got. They even upped their rates!
