I ordered the spring box because I thought the blue robe was so pretty. Shipping took ages and then when it arrived I get to the bottom of the box realizing I had the wrong color and size robe and several other things I had selected were not there. I look at the slip in the box and it wasn't even mine! I tried to get it corrected and I guess at some point in a couple weeks I will get my stuff, but no blue robe. They gave me a credit, but I have zero plans to ever order here again.

My spring fabfitfun box was supposedly shipped on 2/14. After 2 weeks I contacted customer support because my box has not actually been shipped (based on the husky link they provided). They gave me the run-around for several days and THEN send me a message that items I requested were not available, they sent me a refund for the items I paid for. How on earth does this happen? How do you have products available for selection (I selected an hour after it opened), tell me my box shipped then realize you don’t have my stuff. I still pushed on the shipping and they have completely ghosted me. This same issue happened with the last box and I’m fed up. Don’t tell me my box shipped and I’ll have it in 2-weeks (per their website) then backtrack and then still not ensure it’s been sent. I’ll be canceling my membership. I know they’ll respond and say someone helped me and that is just simply not true.

I subscribed to this and the first box took forever to receive. The contents were not appropriate nor related to the preferences I submitted. I immediately cancelled. Two months later, I was charged for another box. When it was delivered, I contacted customer service and they told me that my subscription was still active. I most definatly cancelled - this is a scam ! They refused to pay for the return of the box and if I didn't pay for the shipping it, I would not get a refund. Dishonest company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

I had a problem with box and the 15 dollar mystery bag item and I know you get what you get but I was not happy with it and fff customer service rep made me feel so at home and she resolved my unhappiness witha. 10$ credit to use at the store and that was so generous and I will use it thankyou Elle💓

This was my first experience with FFF. I received it as a gift for my birthday. I had to contact support because the surprise box that was part my membership never arrived. I was able to customize and get what i wanted on my first annual, but only after refreshing over and over. Finally i get the email that my box has shipped on 2/18. Then nothing. No changes. The shipping site says delivery 2/26. That dates comes and goes. Finally today 3/5 customer support acknowledges that my box is lost. They offer to replace, but my choices are no longer in stock. They offer me $15 to stay. I canceled everything and asked for a full refund. Not worth the headache.

I wasn't happy with my box completely and so I decided to chat with them just to let them know how I felt. The lady I was connected with was nice and understanding all the way through. She was very helpful and helped me resolve the situation. Chat is usually very understanding and helpful.

This company is terrible! Really hard to cancel! They kept charging my credit card even when I canceled 3 times! Shame on them! Products are ok .
