Mi hanno truffato Davano per disponibile un articolo per cui mi hanno fatto pagare supplemento con spedizione celere 35 euro, per poi dirmi che chissa fra quante settimane e se lo vedro' Non mi annullano l ordine e non mi rimborsano, sono degli ignoranti maleducati che non sanno usare neanche il traduttore per capire cio che gli scrivi. State alla larga dall acquistare da loro ! Io ho attivato la banca per bloccargli il pagamento Offendono per mail, io sono riuscita a riavere i soldi indietro con la banca che ha bloccato tutto in tempo, hanno violato la mia privacy dando il mio contatto ad un altro loro cliente che poi mi ha scritto dicendomi che era stato truffato anche lui, piu altri contatti di altri clienti italiani mi hanno fornito con i dirizzi di casa e numeri di telefono. Sono stati cosi stupidi da chiedere ad un loro cliente (quello che mi ha contattata) di dirmi di stare tranquilla per l ordine dopo che lui era da un mese in controversia perche non aveva mai ricevuto niente ed ha avuto richieste addebiti nella sua carta casualmente dall america. Io ho usato una usa e getta mi sono tutelata almeno in quello. Veramente e'una truffa non cascateci, casualmente hanno smesso di scrivermi di punto in bianco dopo che mi arrivava una loro mail ogni 5 min appena la banca mi ha ridato i soldi.

The company was extremely professional, quick to get back to me and explain each step of the process. Sam, particularly, provided expert service and was a pleasure to deal with. A superb company that truly is customer-focused!

AS the owner of a company my days are extremely busy. Eye Glass Depot has let me know I need to do better in customer service! THEY ARE GREAT! Extremely helpful and reminders are awesome! I would recommend them to ANYONE!!!
