About Eyeglassesdepot

EyeglassesDepot.com started in 2007 as a new department of our retail designer eyeglasses and sunglasses business. Quickly we realized that our customers not only shop for new prescription lenses and new frames, they also ask us the popular question "Can this be fixed?". Tired of telling customers NO, we decided to explore the idea of repair rather then replacement. In late 2007 we remodeled the second floor of our office and hired the staff that today runs our laboratory. Our two lab technicians have combined over 17 years of expert experience in the field of optometry, eyewear repair and eyewear sales.

My horse broke the left arm off my AI RayBan sunglasses
My horse broke the left arm off my RayBan AI sunglasses which made them completely unusable. I’d only had them for two months. Of course that wasn’t covered under the stupid warranty. Contacted Eye Glasses Depot and they sent me a postage paid container to mail to them. Within a few days of receiving they sent me an email containing the price to fix them which was much cheaper than purchasing another pair. Even though it took a little longer than I had hoped they repaired and mailed back. Would definitely use Eye Glasses Depot again if I have another accident with my sunglasses😎

Repair for Meta glasses.
EyeglassesDepot provided free delivery to their location to inspect and provide a quote for repair. After providing a quote they repaired the glasses and shipped them back to me. Because I did not see that they discard the case if you ship it with the glasses they have agreed to provide me with a replacement case.
