Liked learning more
I loved the mental security this test gave me through my results. However, since you take your blood at two points in your cycle, I would like to be able to see the results on each of those days in addition to the average calculated. Additionally, I had some trouble with the lancet process and would have to use a new lancet about every 3 circles on the page, so additional lancets would have been helpful. I had to run to CVS mid-testing. Unfortunately, making sure I was hydrated and heating my arm/hand for 10 minutes prior just wasn't enough.

Excellent Customer service
Excellent Customer service. I am a slacker and waited too long that the kit expired and they sent me a new kit. The 2nd time, I went to register it but by that time the lab had switched testing facilities and had to send me another kit. Finally, I did it and they completed the test and notified me right away that the results were in. Very pleased!

Dissatified and feeling scammed
I work in the medical field and I am very aware of how testing works. This test was easy. However, it did not tell me prior to the test that foods that I am not eating, such as dairy, needed to be in my body to be able to register on the test. Along with many of the foods I was tested for, I do not eat because they make me so sick. I felt I wasted my money 209.00 and I am dissatisfied. Working for a clinic we felt we may even be able to steer our patients your way. That is not happening.

Thank you for your feedback! To clarify, it is not necessary to adjust your diet prior to your test. That said, IgG reactivity breaks down over time. So, if you have avoided a specific food for a while, it may show up as a lower reactivity in your results. We'd never recommend eating foods that cause negative symptoms—it's important to understand that if you're not currently eating a food, it's not likely to be behind your current symptoms. More preparation info needed prior to purchase.
Description prior to purchase did not talk enough about the need to have recent exposure to foods being tested.

So, if you have avoided a specific food for a while, it may show up as a lower reactivity in your results. It was nice to get an idea of where I…
It was nice to get an idea of where I am health wise. I didn’t have to talk my doctor into allowing me to have certain blood tests and it didn’t cost a fortune.
