I ordered the women’s health blood test after not receiving any answers from my GP. I have had chronic fatigue, brain fog, low sex drive for years. Also, in the past year I have gained 20 lbs. My weight has been steady my whole life, so this was a lot for me. My thyroid numbers always came back normal, but once I did this test it showed that my TPO antibodies were extremely high. I got a diagnoses of Hashimotos. So grateful that I have some answers and can start my healing journey.

I've had stomach issues my entire life, which have gotten worse in my adult years. Some days, I'd spend the entire day in the bathroom and/or in excruciating pain. I've also had headaches on and off my entire life, which were always blamed on my eyesight (wasn't the case). I've cut out all the foods that I was told I have a sensitivity to, and for the past five days, I haven't had any issues for the first time in my life. The foods I have a sensitivity to were common fruits and vegetables that I would eat daily, and it never crossed my mind to cut them out of my diet. I've done plenty of food journals in the past and elimination diets to no avail. I'm so glad to have actual results and foods to stay away from! It's helped tremendously, and I can't thank my new doctor enough for suggesting I try the EverlyWell test! I'd would recommend giving the Everlywell test a shot if you have any concerns about food sensitivities! The only draw back for myself was pricking my finger and dealing with the blood aspect but honestly it was so worth it I'd do it all over again in a heart beat!

Their tests are a complete joke. I had a food sensitivity test that said I had a mild reaction to 12 foods. I ordered the more comprehensive food sensitivity test so that I could start an accurate elimination diet. That test said I had a mild reaction to 9 foods, some different from the previous 12. When I inquired about the conflicting results, I was told that the results were accurate and I shouldn't expect to see the same results on two different tests. They advertise as though the test will tell you what foods you have a sensitivity too, but in reality they tell you nothing. FYI there is a class action lawsuit against them. Do not waste your money in hopes of having a baseline to guide diet changes as one day you are sensitive to chicken and the next day you aren't.
