I tried to return part of my order (which I had to pay postage for) and firstly the return label everlane sent wasn't recognised by DHL. After some communication with customer services I managed to send the return back ONLY to have DHL deliver it back to me a couple of weeks later unopened. No reason why. Everlane have now been ignoring my communication for over a week and I'm stuck with a massive half empty box of poor quality clothing I don't want and can't get then to refund me for.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Would absolutely not recommend buying from them. I refunded items over a month ago and still have not received a refund. Contacted the customer service team multiple times but have had absolutely no communication back from them. The worst company to deal with and no contact number, just a pointless email address.

I was excited to order from Everlane but then read about the union busting, racism within the company, and Greenwashing. What a shame. Won't be ordering, will tell my friends to never order.

I have not received my order, it says it was delivered to Phoenix June 26. But has yet to show up at my door! No way to connect and ask questions! Will never order from a company again if they have no support, no phone number. Sucks

I have bought beautiful shoes but even though they have been packaged nicely, they came with visible scuff marks. The customer service was great and I got my money back even though the shoes were on final, non-refundable sale. Thanks Everlane for taking care of your customers.

Yeah this company is absolute trash. They sent me a defective hat and when I approached their customer care team about it they completely ignored me. I'd try to send it back but the other reviews indicate that I'll never see my money again. Better go with Madewell or another brand that actually cares about their customers. Pathetic. Also, read up on their terrible labor practices.

I've shopped at the Everlane store in SF many times over the years. Since covid, I shopped online and ordered some t-shirts. But my order never came. They charged my credit card but I never received the items. It's been almost two months... I've been trying to get in contact with them, but their customer service is nonexistent. No phone number or any contact info. Just some form that must send requests into the ether. I've filled out the form multiple times over the past two months, never heard back. Never shopping there again. What a scam.

I agree with many of the customers here. I bought online and it was delivered to the wrong address. I wrote to their customer service email but have gotten zero response for all of my emails. It is for a $200 bag I bought online in their website and was never delivered to me. It is a big amount of money and during this Covid period, customers are facing tough times. This is very unfair and illegal. I will be filing a legal case against Everlane.
