I returned my order to Everlane and as it was an international order I was happy that a week after it had been sent I received an email from Everlane that they had processed it and I had been refunded. A week later and there was nothing in my PayPal account. I emailed the company and did not hear back. After five days I sent a DM on Twitter, still no response. I emailed them again and nothing. It has been nearly two weeks since they received the order back and a month since I placed the order and there has been no communication from the brand. I am not sure what my next steps are as there is no telephone number for this company. I may have to request my bank provides the money. I should have done my homework as there are a lot of negative reviews for Everlane on the internet.

Ordered a jacket during COVID, the package never arrived and the customer service has been terrible. I've sent multiple emails that have either received automated responses or no response at all. I would not recommend buying from here as this seems to be a common issue. Still haven't received a refund or any information about my package to this date.

They used to be really good — responsive and responsible. Return labels were issued, refunds were applied within a reasonable time frame, emails were responded to. But they have absolutely fallen apart over the course of the pandemic. I returned items that have not been refunded. When I emailed about this, my email went ignored. I have tried to return another item that required me emailing them... and they haven’t responded. It’s been over a month. Multiple emails, all ignored, for over a month.

The info on their website is wrong, they say they provide a return label but they don't. Even when you contact them about it they admit that its their mistake (!!) and the info on the website is outdated, they make you pay the 9 euro fee anyway when you return from Europe. Worst customer service.

Customer service acknowledged my email after delivery however I have never heard back from them again!!! Frustrating as there is no way of making any successful contact with this retailer!!!

I have puchased twice from Everlane and both times the shipping was SUPER slow. From the US to Australia has taken well over 6 weeks. If you’re in winter, order for the summer! It will arrive in time for the following season. It maybe ethical but customer satisfaction is low.

I ordered an item and it never arrived. I have sent multiple emails and filled out their form for this situation and never got an answer. Feels like a scam company
