AWFUL!!! I am based in the UK and purchased with everlane 8 weeks ago. I have yet to receive my order and after a week of back and forth with their (non-existent) customer service they finally agreed to send me out a replacement order as mine was obviously not going to arrive. The issue is that they charged me AGAIN!!! So now I am out of pocket more than the original order and I don't have any product. Outrageous that they aren't helping me quicker. I want my money back asap and I will never shop with them again and will warn everyone against them.

I would give it zero stars if I could. While the quality of clothes is very good, customer service of this overpriced company is non-existent: no phone number on file, associates are very unhelpful - they will apologize a thousand times and do exactly NOTHING to assist you. Do not buy from this store unless you are 100% certain you will not need to return or exchange your item.

Everlane only shipped part of my order. I ordered two tank tops (same style in different colors). One arrived in two weeks. The other never came, and it's been a month and a half. I have emailed them several times with no response. I would like a refund but I'm surprised to find, I can't even obtain a reply. I consider this to be very bad customer service and will continue to seek a refund but I'm not optimistic. If Everland reads these posts, my Order number is r146343378.

I’m very skeptical about all the negative reviews on here. I’ve ordered from everlane 3 separate times during COVID-19 and have had nothing but positive experiences. In fact, it’s the only brand I could count on actually getting my items to me in the time it said (although I do pay extra for the expedited shipping). Clothes are high quality as well.

I would seriously warn anyone against ordering with Everlane. I ordered a pair of sandals (£70) which took weeks to arrive. When they did finally arrive they were too small so I need to return them. Cost £6 to return via CollectPlus. Some 8 weeks later I haven't received a notification from Everlane to confirm receipt of my return and refund. I have tried contacting them via their contact form on the website on 2 occasions and have only got a standard reply. I have also tried contacting them via Social Media and again nothing. Their customer service is non existent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought day heel in red colour. When i received it wasn’t even proper red it was bright orange red. Also they say walkable hills my god I almost cried after like few hours. Its not comfortable at all doesn’t have enough cushioning also it has elastic at the end which do not stay intact.On the heel side its too loose and to the front of shoes its too tight as foot keeps slipping at the front as not having proper grip at the back. Do not buy waste of money. Repeating again they aren’t comfortable at all.

The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Considering it is very popular amongst celebrities I cannot understand why they have the worst customer service in the world. It almost makes them look like they're a scam. I ordered in March this year. In May I had still not heard from them and not received my parcel. I contacted them to find out that it was saying it was still in transit. I asked for a refund which they tried VERY hard not to give! I persisted and they finally granted me one. I however am STILLL waiting for the refund despite many emails requesting an update!! It was over £100 spent and wasted on a scam company. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY. THEY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NOT SEND THE ITEMS. THEN PRETEND TO GIVE YOU A REFUND. It is now August and I am emailing every week (they take about a week to respond to emails). As I said before.. SCAM!

Less than one star. Placed an order a few weeks ago and tried to contact the company due to an issue. I have sent three emails with no response. Happy to take your money but the service is awful. My package is still yet to be delivered and I have no way of tracking where it is. Will not buy from here again.
