Have been waiting to return two items for over four months now. No one has responded to my emails. I will not be ordering from Everlane again. If you are considering buying from Everlane I recommend you make sure you have gotten the write size and don't mind re-selling your item on another website if it is not suitable.

Terrible customer service! CS Rep Brittany was condescending and dismissive. After weeks on backorder my item was getting ready to ship. I contacted them with a shipping question and the customer service rep cancelled my order and said the website shouldn't have let me order it. Even though the exact same item was getting pushed on emails and the website and had just gone out of stock the same day. She didn't acknowledge I had ordered weeks ago. She made a mistake and now the item is no longer available. And when I tried to get her to correct the mistake she quit responding. And got very condescending. I am still trying to get someone to reply to get my order reinstated.

I bought some trainers from Everlane. I was on the UK site but the sizing was in us so the trainers were too small. I contacted them and asked for an exchange and they said no problem and sent me a link. When the link didn't work they said as this was a sale item they would no longer exchange, completely contradicting their earlier mail. Under UK law all customers are entitled to an exchange or refund but I am now stuck with a pair of size 8 trainers and size 9 feet. I am very dissapointed at their customer service and had hoped to buy more goods from them but will not. Good production ethics does not give you the right to rip off your customers.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered over a month ago and still haven't received my order. Shipped 10 days after the already delayed shipping date. Customer service eventually responded and all they do is apologise. Who knows when it will arrive in Australia as currently languishing in the USA. Who knows what the product will be like but really don't care anymore. First and last time I will buy off Everlane. Update 7 Sept 20 - Ordered 24 July and still waiting. Tracking says still in USA. Pathetic company.

I have not had any problems at all with shipping. Their clothes are awesome and fit is just as described. I can't believe so many people have had problems with them. I love the Japanese Slip Jumpsuit! It fits me perfectly and I have been living in it all summer.

Terrible I ordered items well over a month ago and was supposed to ship on the 4th August, it shipped 10days later and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. There item only shipped after chasing up their Customer service. If I had know it would take this long I would never have ordered from them. I won’t be ordering fr the again.

The item I ordered shipped and arrived promptly. I'm based in the UK and got free shipping since it was my first order. Very happy with item and service.

Made a return weeks ago, didn't receive any response until I emailed them twice and waited another week for them issue store credit. The first email they didn't even respond to. Don't recommend ordering unless you're sure about sizing and won't need to deal with customer service.
