I have ordered A LOT from Estée Lauder for several years. That’s all I use. For THREE YEARS in a row, on my birthday, I get an email saying I get special gift. BUT, OF COURSE, I HAVE TO ORDER. SOMETHING TO CLAIM MY GIFT. The two previous years, I ordered something and didn’t get a gift. They said OUT OF STOCK!!! Then why did they send me an email in the first place. I ordered something anyway. Last year, I called to complain. Finally, they sent my gift. This year, again, my birthday, I was going to order something to get my gift. AGAIN, OUT OF STOCK!!! I contacted them to complain on their online site, told them this is the third year this happened and I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! The site says someone will get back to me within 48 hours. NO ONE CONTACTED ME. Then, They had the Nerve to send me an email asking me to rate how well my contact was resolved! WHAT CONTACT!??? I went back onto their site and found they subtracted 90 points from my ELIST rewards! I know they are making TONS OF MONEY. They used to give 0.10 of product in a tiny jar with every $50 (or $25) you spend. Now, they give you the product in a teeny tiny tiny envelope, the product is barely enough to fit on the tip of your little finger. HOW CHEAP! estee lauder should NOT tell me they will give me a birthday gift for my LOYALTY, huh, THEN IT’S OUT OF STOCK. FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW!!! Well, they can KISS MY LOYAL BEHIND!!! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!!!!!!! I also UNSUBSCRIBED, so they better NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN!

Ho comprato il profumo che mi piace molto e un ottimo rossetto. Presso Rinascente Milano. Quello che va migliorato e la scelta del personale chi vende. Già non è la prima volta che noto questo- adetti alla vendita Rinascente Milano in profumeria cosmesi sono di una arroganza allucinante. Probabilmente cominciano a medesimarsi con il "tutto questo è mio!!" . Ma anche se fosse, i miei 100 euro tanto schifo non fanno. Mi ha dato la borsina, ovviamente zero campioni! Ci mancherebbe!!!! Faccino con le sopracciglia depilate esprimeva delusione della mia parca spesa. Ragazzo mi ha passato la borsina e adios.Mi sono sentita un po' schifata, sapete....

I tried the Estee Lauder Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex for the first time a few weeks ago. What have I done??!! This product should come with warning in BIG RED LETTERS. I have red chemical burns underneath my eyes and upper eyelid that still look terrible weeks later. I feel like I have aged 10 years. Clearly this reaction does not occur for everyone, but please be careful and test this product first before use.

I went to an Esthee Lauder store in IFC, the sales lady made me believe that if I buy 2 products I could get 2 gifts set for free, I believed it. But when I had to pay she said it’s free if you add 450 HkD. I still purchased the 2 products and redeemed one gift set and add the amount requested. But I can out of the store with a very bad taste, I feel cheated and I promise myself to never get to that store again

I have been using Estee Lauder products for years. However, I just found out that they still finance animal testing in China! I am so disgusted and I refuse to use their products until they stop being complicit with animal testing.

Quite shocked that such a major international luxury brand can treat customers so badly. Quite apart from inept sales staff, my experience of EL Customer Services was extraordinary following a rather severe allergic reaction to EL Night Repair Eye Cream. In response to my email reporting my adverse reaction, I received a series of automated responses from EL Customer Services, each one using my wrong name, most using two different names in the same communication. Having finally accepted the details of my issue, which were demanded by telephone and by email, my home address and telephone number were demanded, without which EL stated they would refuse to reply to me. I then received a letter stating, in effect, that the problem was my own. This was accompanied by an excessively long questionnaire that I was told to complete in order to assist them collate complaints. It did not contain any form of apology. Shortly after receipt of this missive, I received a telephone call from EL Switzerland, asking me to complete a telephone survey - which I felt flouted data protection laws. I didn't fill out the questionnaire or respond to the letter or telephone call from Switzerland. The last time I experienced such a poor, or non-existent, customer service was when I bought a garden bench on-line that arrived damaged. It had cost about the same as a pot of Night Repair Cream. I know now to buy neither dodgy garden furniture or EL cosmetics ever again.
