I have been a faithful customer and sworn by the double wear foundation for 20 years. The last time I ordered my foundation, I received the "New, improved formula" NOTHING IMPROVED ABOUT THIS FORMULA! IT IS WATERY, COLIR ISN'T THE SAME, NO COVERAGE WHATSOEVER! I think it sucks that they didn't leave the old formula to be available to the customers who have been using this product for decades! I would've literally bought ever bottle of pebble that I could've gotten my hands on! Now, I will never purchase anything else from Estee Lauder! Very disappointed! Bad thing is, legally, they could've left it on the shelf and available until next year! Bad business Estee Lauder! Good luck with your GenZ approach, and your crappy formula!

Improved (!) Doublewear foundation. It was suggested use a paper sample as I don't live near a stockist. Why have beauty counters if that works? Product sticky, doesn't cover as well, makes your glasses really dirty and sticky. Eye lids too if your of an older generation. I think Estee Lauder have made a bad move reducing the quality and reliability of their product. I wnt bb buying their products again. Their attitude to complaints is dismissive.

I’ve used Estée Lauder Double Wear for over 30 years, so I was really hopeful about the new formula. Unfortunately, it’s a disappointment. The finish feels sticky even after an hour, and the shade seems lighter than before. It just doesn’t sit as nicely on my skin as the old version. A real shame as I’ve always loved this foundation. ⭐⭐

Come on EL...what's with the massive packaging for a mascara....save the cost and planet...the box was huge

Good morning to my dissapointment a product that I have been using for years now, I was so empressd, happy to pay R800 every 3 month... I used rave about this product to every woman I know.. But I can't say this anymore since they have in proved this base that I have been using for years, what a desater, I am so Un happy with it, it stay sticky all the time and it's doesn't dry up fast and showes no flaws, it now a huge desater I actually hat this Estee Lauder base, I have asked around and a lot of women are very disappointed in this new update base.. And I am only using it now because I paid so much for this... You are going to lose a lot of sales now... It's so sad

Expensive but quality is there. Advanced Night Repair is worth the hype. Not for every budget

I have thought highly of Estée Lauder Stay In Place for many years now. Their customer service was great helping me as my complexion had paled as I aged a little and as I lived about 50 miles from any shop that would test my colour. I couldn’t fault them at all. However, the postage system seems to have changed recently, so to return a product I have to travel 23 miles to the nearest Yodel drop of centre because there is no alternative. I wouldn’t mind if I was returning as my own decision but as the concealer doesn’t actually match the foundation that it should it is Estée Lauder’s fault for saying on the website that the colour of concealer would match my foundation when it does not. I will now have to stop buying other items from Estée Lauder because I cannot return items.
