I had the worse experience today I went to Debenhams (redditch, Birmingham) needing to buy 4 products and needed a colour match for my makeup bag. on a very unusual day off that I had from work. I got to the counter and no one was at the stand. Finially I was approached by a lady who worked for another brand and was told no one was working on Estée Lauder today and would need to come back another day. I asked when would someone be back? The lady couldn't tell me. What an absolute joke and what a way to be treated to a loyal customer and a waste of my day off

Estee lauder what is going on? This is been untruthful and plain Scam to your customers. You started an offer of getting the foundation pump if i buy the foundation stay in place, this offer attracted me and i shopped for the foundation and some other items only for my order to arrive and the pump was missing, i went back to the site the offer is still on. Estee lauder this is a scam and i hope you send me my pump because that is the reason for buying.

non posso esprimermi sui prodotti, ma l'assistenza post vendita in pratica non esiste: - il numero di telefono è collegato ad una segreteria telefonica (?!?!?! per quale motivo), sempre piena ed è quindi impossibile lasciare un qualunque messaggio - alle email non rispondono, evidentemente per principio - dopo mille peripezie sono riuscito a farmi chiamare, mi hanno promesso che avrebbero sistemato tutto, ma poi sono spariti di nuovo Sinceramente da un brand di questo calibro, ci si aspetta un livello di serietà molto alto. Qui invece pare la parola sia proprio sconosciuta!

The online shopping was an absolute nightmare, it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks arrived after the 3rd. The products are incredible and one of my favorite foundations but they need to fix this online experience!

Horrible experience online, I ordered on Sunday and it said that it will be processed within 2-3 working days, when it didn't I contacted them via live chat and the agent tolled me that they will dispatch it on that day. When it didn't I contacted them again, another agent said the same thing and I asked them what is going on and when I will receive my parcel, the agent then said that they had issues with dispatched times and that it will be with me on the 5th day or the 6th. If it will not be with me of the 5th I need to contact them again and ask for a good will gesture, so I did and to my surprise a rude agent said that I am on the 5th day and that the item was dispatched, so as per terms I need to wait because they have advised me about it when i ordered. No empathy, no apology and no refund of some kind not even a good will gesture. I will never buy anything online ever again, they have horrible customer service each agent says different things and the delivery takes ages to come.

I bought the products online and it states to be dispatched within 3-5 business days. But, there’s not even 1 email regarding items dispatched sent after 1 and a half week. Contacted customer services for more than 3 times but problems weren’t solved . They spent so much on advertisement but they can’t even do well in shipping. Really suck experience . Won’t buy it again

poor service ,I won't shop again in Estee Lauder website! they cancelled my order for no reason just sent me an email after 2 hours that I placed my order! they don't care about their client , so people don't be surprised when they cancel your order ! the best way is ---- >>>don't shop anymore
