High quality and they do not test on animals, but some of EL subsidiaries do according to latest articles. My sensitive skin has never had a problem with any of their products I use, in particular foundations and primers, just make sure to pick the right one for your skin, obviously. :) They offer a wide range of products for almost every need I guess. They have high prices, at least for me, unfortunately. If only prices were a little lower and their no animal testing policy was enforced on subsidiaries too EL would probably be my 1st pick :)

This is ridiculous. Bought products on line a week ago, I got confirmation email and still didn't get any delivery. I wrote an email to customer service, they respond that couldn't find my order. I send them all the details about payment and my order and still nothing. Estee Lauder, shame on you!!! Never ever buy on line from you.

what I first buy is Double Wear stay-in-place Makeup, maybe this is not that suitable for me, I have a mixed face skin. One of its ads slogans is that this liquid makeup is good enough too last more than 8hours a day, in fact, it can not last that long. It is too dry for me, and it cannot mix well with my skin. I will never buy this makeup again...

Amazing products

While some Estee Lauder products are ok, I have had a really bad experience with the Advanced Night Repair eye cream. I have sensitive skin, which I told the shop assistant. She recommended the eye cream for my dark circles. It seemed ok for a while but then my skin got incredibly irritated. My eye area is red, looks almost burnt and my barely noticeable lines are now much worse. It has aged me!! Absolutely horrible! Stay away from it! I cannot believe it cost me so much. I feel robbed. I have used their lipsticks and the ANR serum along with the Wake Up Balm and they were decent but this eye cream is terrible. Why would the shop assistant recommend this to someone with sensitive skin? I can see here that other customers have had the same issue. We pay so much only to have our faced burnt! Ridiculous. I was also sold a face wash which makes me break out - this is the one in the red packaging. It makes me not want to buy from this brand again!

Do not buy from Estée Lauder online. I have been a loyal customer for some years and yesterday ordered some products from them. My PayPal payment went through, but their system failed (twice!). I contacted Estée Lauder to try to fix the problem but their customer service has been appalling. So far no refund and no product. I will report the matter to PayPal and to consumer affairs.

I've shopped at Estee for years - I'm very brand loyal and have had numerous make overs / facials the lot from estee for treats occasions all the great things that come about. Unfortunately I had the most terrible experience to date with them recently which has completely changed my opinion on their customer service and their lack of attentiveness to their make up counters specificially in the Brown's Chester Debenhams Store. I actually got a birthday gift through and in picking up my gifts was greated by a lovely blonde girl of a similar age she asked what I had planned over the weekend, in returning with my answer she mentioned booking in for a make up appointment on Friday 12th before I went to the races with all my family and friends. On arrival to the appointment, after a long stressful week an hour before my celebrations a lady informed me on the counter that my appointment was 30 minutes before I turned up - which wasn't correctly booked on their behalf, she then went on to tell me there was no one to do my make up. No apology - no care in the world - no people skills. I almost left in tears when I was approached by a lovely lady on the Clarins counter who made me feel a million pounds on my birthday (which is what your staff should be doing)! Heads turned - I won't be returning, embarrassing service for silly prices £££££ If you're going to give gifts out make sure their carried out to the same 'standard' as your intended products or you lose custom.
