Excellent customer service
I have come across I feel the best customer care and service, I have ever received, I have in the past worked in retail and I am 54 years old. At the boots store, kings street Huddersfield, is a lady called Claire she works on the estee lauder counter, I feel she has a natural ability to be caring about any concerns you may have and will do her utmost to be helpful, her product knowledge is outstanding, she is patient and will go out of her way to share her advice, from applications on skincare, there ingredients, how the ingredients will help your skin, to application on makeup and which will suit your individual needs. Estee lauder you have a little gem there. My last point is she is a absolute fantastic advertisement for your products, of which she has always used, I could not believe it when she shared her age with me......
