Giving only one star is too much! Please do not use this site. Customer services takes hours to get through to and then you get a different person everytime, who is unhelpful and online chat will blame other parties. My order was incorrectly charged on my account, which was Estee Lauder fault. Told that it had been cancelled, so they still took payment when payment pending! Then informed me that their over charge payment from my bank would take 5 - 7 working days to go back onto my card. Lodged complaint through my bank against Estee Lauder. Please do not use this site or company as unscrupulous, rude and no help from customer services. Taking my complaint to Office of fair trading.

I don't usually leave many comments but for a world-renowned brand like Estée Lauder, it's just a disgrace! 2 weeks ago, I decided to order several products directly on the brand website for the first time. After processing to the payment online by credit card on the brand website, I got the confirmation email advising that my order was placed for the 8 products I chose. What a surprise today when I received my order and I realised that one product was missing in the parcel! The delivery note was showing the missing product as ordered but not delivered. So I called the customer service to make sure that the missing product will be delivered later in a different parcel...but the customer service told me that they don’t send back the product in this case and that now anyway (2 weeks after I placed the order and got the confirmation for all the products chosen) the product is no longer available! Of course they will refund me but what would have happened if I hadn't called?! No information was given to me at any time about the unavailability of this product over the past two weeks! This is totally dishonest! Flee this site at all costs, there is no attention payed to the customer and the level of service!

The only meaning of this purchase from esteelauder.de for me is that I've learned a lesson: always check trustpilot before you newly try an online store. A lot of us, including me, finding this shop shockingly unserious - but to think about it it's quite logical: they have really good products (which I have to admit), they profit enough with beauty platforms like Sephora or Douglas, so for their official store they'll only put minimum effort for maintenance. I've read some older posts online, their behavior of providing good offers then cancel the gift or not having the product at all, on top of that 0 customer support is their old trick. Because why would they care ? Some might give up during the process because of too much hassles, worst case the customer gets refund from Paypal - and Estée Lauder don't lose anything. However the beauty industry evolves so fast nowadays, despite a good foundation they've already had, if they keep this attitude and playing like this, sooner or later they'll destroy what they have and burn themselves.

Nieeee wieder! Hätte nie gedacht, dass bei so einer bekannten Marke derart unseriöse Geschäftsgebaren an den Tag gelegt werden...! Bei der ersten Bestellung wurde mir der Betrag 2 x per Paypal abgebucht, obwohl ich nie Ware erhalten habe. Eine Rückerstattung erfolgte erst, nachdem ich Paypal eingeschaltet habe. Bei der 2. Bestellung wurde ab einem Warenwert von 60,00 Euro ein Geschenkset zugesagt, welches der Lieferung nicht beigefügt wurde. Laut Kundendienst war dieses nicht mehr verfügbar und somit hätte ich eben Pech gehabt. Das ist Betrug, da hiermit ein Mindestbestellwert verknüpft war. Sollte ich nächste Woche keine Ersatzlieferung hierfür erhalten, erstatte ich Anzeige wegen Betrug und schalte den Verbraucherschutz ein. Wenn ich die vorherigen Rezessionen lese, scheint es sich hierbei um Methode zu handeln und dem muss ein Riegel vorgeschoben werden, um zukünftige Kunden zu schützen.

Dieser Shop ist ein Witz, keine Information über den Status der Bestellung, keine Antwort vom Kundendienst, nichts! Als sie endlich ankam, fehlte die Gratis-Tüte mit 7 Produkten und eine der Cremes war falsch. Nie wieder! Und das war früher meine Lieblingskosmetikmarke

I have ordered from Estee Lauder online for years. No problem. Today it took two hours of "chatting" with three different(2 of them rude) representatives and I still don't have a return label! I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the years. I'm done!!!

Placed order 5 days ago not yet shipped even though website states shipping within 2 days, online chat 1 sided no one answers, then get logged out for inactivity,email customer service auto reply says 5 days for a response, should never have ordered needed item for gift thinking had time for it to arrive. I expected slight delay in shipping but 5 days & still not left warehouse is ridiculous, they have my money but when do I get the goods!! Will not buy from them again

This is terrible. I tried contacting customer service and spoke with a rep called Nathalie Louise. She was very unresponsive and made me wait over 30 minutes over each comment. At the end, the chat got disconnected and i never got the help I was hoping for.
