Estée LauderReviews of esteelauder.com

Head office staff (payroll) absolute shambles, they have untrained inadequate staff with little knowledge about payroll. I escalated a complaint to a manager, also useless, the staff need full training on payroll to prevent ACAS getting involved to sort problems out

Wollte gerne beraten werden hinsichtlich einer Foundation. Habe per Whatsapp Kontakt aufgenommen, da keine Emailadresse angeboten wurde. Dort wurde mir auch nicht geholfen. Kundenservice gruselig

I like Estee lauder product, especially the night repair. I have been buying the product from local department stores but decide to give a try for Estee Lauder online service. I ordered something but will be out of town and would like to cancel the order as the package was still in warehouse. Spent half hour online with an agent and confirmed the order is cancelled and will receive the refund within couple of days. However, after couple of days I received shipping notification instead of the refund. Chatted with an agent again, waited another half hour and told me the only thing is to receive the order and return it! Or they will reroute the package back to their warehouse before they can issue me the refund! wasted more than 2 hours chatting with the agents but not going anywhere. The only apology is to offer me 20% for future purchase. Follow up: After I posted review here, Estee Lauder customer service read my review and contacted me right away and apologized what happened to me and refunded me immediately and helped me solved the issue. I really appreciated. However, I hope Estee Lauder will do better in the future and solve the issue at the first contact with customer service.

Useless and careless customer service They can’t even cancel an order! I contacted them three times to cancel an order, and it still shipped out to the old address that I no longer has access. They lie and they don’t care! I unsubscribed their website emails and never want to make purchases there again. I love their products but it’s a big mistake to buy it on their website. Their customer service is absolutely useless!!! It takes forever to get contacted and need to answer the same questions million times!! Totally done with them.

I love EL products but their customer service is absolutely terrible: their offer codes are not working, I never get my Birthday present (which is in the Loyalty Program) - and I spent some money there in the last few decades - and they don't reply to my emails... It's a shame.

I ordered direct from estee lauder.com for the first time. After a week my pending transaction dropped back into my account. I phoned customer service and was told they couldn't find my order then was told it was still in the warehouse.i asked to cancel it but was told it had gone too far and because of the inconvenience I would get a free gift of a mascara.2 days later my order turned up without the 2 free samples that were supposed to be in it and .my money has gone from my bank account even though it had dropped back in.i would never order direct from estee lauder again.on a good note I did receive my free mascara today

Abuse. I placed an order online to Estee Lauder on 10/102021, using the offer code PowerPair and chose to pay through Clearpay. This financial provider took my money and apparently paid the full amount to Estee Lauder, providing me with their reference number of the order, and the time of payment. When I had to contact EL, they claimed there was no such order and classed it like a 'missing' order, pretending they would chase and escalate this. The woman I spoke with then claimed repeatedly she would send me an email "right away" with a form/template to reply with more information. She only fooled me, because after much waiting there's no email coming from this company, either in my inbox, junk or deleted. She gave me the case number 04536142 but their phone was shortly out of hours and they deny customers a proper email to complain/follow-up with all the needed information. So, I've paid but I'm denied the goods delivery (?!?!?!) Their products may have been good, but their service is usually rather disgraceful, and I've long had the same the same awful customer experience across their concessions in the pretentious department store john lewis.

Ich habe 27.07 um 14:38 ein Email für die Rückerstattung bekommen. Aber bis heute ist die Rückerstattung nicht gekommen.
