Difficult to get responses , order placed no tracking information provided and no response from customer service to request for information. Love products but far better to order via third part as ester Lauder do not seem to have their act together

Be careful sharing your email address with them. I have tried unsubscribing from their loyalty list for over two years having sent over 20 messages and I unsubscribed as many times. I still keep getting junk mail from them, it is the worst customer relationship management I have experienced in a long time.

I ordered from Estee Lauder and at payment stage the free gift was removed. It was too late for me to cancel the order when I raised this with them they were totally unhelpful and refused to do anything about it. There are other brands.

Estee Lauder has a free returns policy. You have to be incredibly patient when trying to return something because it takes forever and I think they try to get people to simply give up and keep the stuff. I was supposed to get a return label in 1 - 2 days. It's been 7. I'm chatting online with a Cust Svc rep. So far it's been 29 minutes and she is still "researching" it. I won't give up. This happened last time I returned something and I know that once I return it, I will have to follow up to actually get my credit. The frustration is not worth buying Estee Lauder products. There are FAR too many good alternatives.

I haven't tried Estee Lauder in the past but have heard good things. I decided to buy myself a new foundation now we can get out and about again and to try and make myself feel good. I was unsure on the shade to go for and a lot of our beauty counters have closed, even in a large city. I spoke with Beth this morning, who went through all of the options with me, asked me to send over a photo and she matched my shade and answered any questions I had. I am really happy with the service I have received and I do believe this gets companies their business, had no one been available or weren't helpful I wouldn't be parting with my money. Unlike other online chats available, the responses were quick, not as though they were talking to numerous other customers at the same time. It felt like a much more personal chat and I got the help I was looking for. I have given 5 stars even though I have not yet tried the products on order, purely because what a great company to accept returns on foundations if the colour isn't perfect even once you've opened it !! (Within reason of course), so even if this isn't 'perfect' for me for whatever reason I can return and try another etc. A really good service, its hard to part with £35 when you feel unsure over the internet but this puts minds at ease. Thank you for the great customer service and for a fantastic returns policy. Although, I hope not to use it.

Whta I like is the lipsticks. They are really good.

Purchase a foundation and receive a free full sized night cream free.. Yeah right, what a con!! I received the foundation and was told the free cream was out of stock! No letter to say sorry or why I hadn’t received it. Wonder how many thousands of people get ripped off by false advertising and lies! What a joke!!

FINGER WEG!!! Ich bin einfach entsetzt! Ich habe wochenlang nichts von Clinique gehört und meine Retoure wurde einfach nicht bestätigt. Nachdem ich beim Kundenchat 4 mal nachgefragt habe, hat mir die Kundendienstmitarbeiterin dazu geraten einen Fall bei Paypal zu eröffnen. Dies habe ich getan und der Fall wurde für mich entschieden. Dafür war das Thema für mich abgehakt. Jetzt ein paar Wochen später meldet sich Clinique mit Rechnungen, die ich zahlen soll, da ich die Bestellung „selbst storniert“ hätte. Und ich solle Liefernachweise bringen, diese habe ich aber nicht mehr, da (wie gesagt) nach der PayPal Entscheidung das Thema für mich abgehakt war. Jetzt drohen sie mit einer Anzeige und drängen mich Waren zu bezahlen, die ich nicht mehr habe! Ich war wirklich eine treue Kundin bei Clinique, aber ich hatte auch nichts retourniert. Nach diesem Vorfall werde ich dort nie wieder bestellen!!!! Update: Der Kundenservice wurde erreicht und einige Aussagen der Kundendienst-Mitarbeiterin sind wohl „nicht nachvollziehbar“. Dennoch sagen sie, dass 3 Retouren nicht auf ihrer Liste vermerkt wurden und ich die „Bezahlung zurückgezogen“ habe. Was so definitiv nicht stimmt, denn die Rückerstattung hat PayPal veranlasst und nicht ich! Der Fall ist in Abklärung. Update folgt!
