I have used Double Wear foundation for many years - just put on and go. After you discontinued it and then reintroduced it you changed it for the worse. You have changed the composition so that it does not stay on all day and I have to keep topping it up. I have also suffered with spotty skin which I have not had since my teenage years! It is more runny and 'shiny' than before and I am really disappointed after something I have relied on for years has changed so drastically. I am now trying out other brands as really disappointed with Estee Launder.

What has happened to Double Wear Foundation Estee Lauder its completely changed. It has been my go to foundation for over 20 years and I would always swear by it. The last couple of bottles I have purchased which is the same colour as always appears darker - that I can cope with and review the shade. The consistency is not the same , it come off areas on your face within a few hours leaving your skin patchy. To describe if you have foundation on and get your eyebrows waxed you have foundation missing around that area where they have put on the cleanser etc the foundation does that - came off around my eyebrows , nose top lip and chin and the rest of it really patchy. You could say it could have been a bottle that was off but this has happened to the last 3 I have purchased, So I now have lost faith in what was the best foundation. I would not feel confident going out wearing this foundation. Sadly I will need to go elsewhere for an alternative. Estee Lauder if you don't do something quick you will lose your army of customers it dosent do what it used to do.

I have used Estée Lauder makeup and skin care for over 20 years. The products are great. Their website and online ordering it’s a big let down. All my purchases in the past have been through Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom. Since moving 6 moths ago and being a bit far from the malls, I have ordered online, all the times I ordered it was under their promos with gifts w/ purchase. But all the came with “sorry the items were no longer available”. It most definitely made me feel deceived, specially since it wasn’t just one time. Lesson learned no more Estée Lauder online shopping for me.

Programma fedeltà fasullo, non inviano i prodotti in regalo com i punti. Avrei dovuto ricevere un siero omaggio coi punti fedeltà ma non è mai arrivato e dopo telefonate su telefonate al servizio clienti mi è arrivato l’ordine senza il siero omaggio. Davvero disonesti. Non comprerò mai più nulla.

Ho acquistato moltissimo dal loro sito finché un giorno non arriva un ordine errato e mancante del siero che doveva essere un omaggio grazie al programma fedeltà. Bene, dopo un mese di telefonate perse e mail assurde sono riuscita ad ottenere solo il mio rimborso ma del siero mai visto traccia. Mai più

Took a lot of messages and countless hours of my life to get a promotion I was supposed to receive a couple months ago, but after emailing the customer care lead with the trustpilot review, Corine was able to help me get my items shipped out, plus she included a gift for my frustration on this matter. I am a customer for this company again. I am only upset that this matter would not have been resolved had I not made a 1 star review. Now I am updating to 5 stars.
