I have a defective product and Estee Lauder will not listen to my problem and just passed me along. i purchased a concealer and the applicator fell off. Try to let them know and get a replacement and was told they could not help - I offered to show photos. but they didn't care. SO buyer beware - they don't back up.

Ik had een bloes besteld zag er heel leuk uit . Nou krijg hem naar ruim 2 weken want zogenaamd sturen ze alle bestellingen tegelijk weg . Nou ik krijg het thuis ik schrok ervan wat een vodje . Nou wilde het retour sturen en nu moet ik het naar China sturen maar dat zeggen ze niet dat het daar vandaan komt dan had ik het toch nooit genomen . Mensen aub let op het zijn oplichters. En dan krijg je hier een antwoord in het Engels terwijl het gewoon Nederlandse zijn .

Ik probeer al hele dag mail te sturen in verband met retourneren . Maar via site en mail sta een nep emailadres op zodat ik niets kan versturen

Ingewikkelde retour zending. Moet naar China met track en trace. Dat kost € 25,-- en dan moet je nog hopen dat je je geld terug krijgt. Niet gedaan dus. Mooie verkooptruc! Bestel hier helemaal niks.

I'm specifically writing about the Loyalty program which has proven to be a ruse! Technically a customer is entitled to a free full size product upon teaching 450 points. The problem is that near unavailability of these supposed products renders this promotion utterly useless. They offer a few items to select, the majority to entirety of which are always out of stock and never seem to get replenished or renewed. So, it's clear that Estee Lauder uses this ruse to encourage the members to spend money just to never fulfill the promised obligation. I wrote to the customer service explaining the situation but never received an answer which to be honest is hardly surprising to me. It's obvious that this company does not commit to any responsibility or accountability towards its customers.

Bonjour, Jai acheter un sérum et crème estée Lauder montant 104 euros quand même après avoir eu des boutons gros rouge à faire mal j'ai vu mon médecin qui m'a dis de tout stopper ben j'ai tt stop j'ai fait un mail à la marque j'ai répondu à leur questions envoyée des photos des boutons, envoyer le numéro de série du sérum envoyée mon ticket de caisse j'ai un numéro de litige... On me demande un rib pour mon remboursement jetait assez contente que la marque soit à l'écoute des clients surtout avec des montant pareil bon on me dis que le virement va arrivée et d attende 7 jours ouvrable OK...... Un mois rien deux mois rien.. On me dis désolée nous avons trop de retard dans les remboursements ! Je me dis ah je suis donc pas la seul à avoir des soucis avec leur marque... Le 23 mai on me dit virement fait désolée blabla attendre 7 jours ouvrable avant que cela soit sur mon compte OK..... Jattend nous somme le 16 juin donc bientôt un mois et toujours rien.... Et pour finir plus personne ne répons à mes mails.... Moralité achetez des choses avec vos moyen car en cas de soucis la marque dispareil et en plus ne répond plus.. Vraiment vraiment déçu pour une telle marque.
