I am very satisfied. I've been looking for a perfume for my mom. She had it 30 years ago. So this is classic Beautiful. And it has not hcanged. Amazing.

I placed an order for $100+, but they cancelled it without any explanation. I combined the set of beauty products and make up. Now, the black Friday is gone and I ended up with nothing. It's my first and last experience with Este Lauder. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. DON'T RECOMMEND and will spend my money elsewhere and will make sure it's not the part of Estée Lauder family.

bought one of the kits and found one of the bottles missing. I contacted support and was offered a refund because the replacement was out of stock. I accepted the refund but got no money back for two months. I contacted support again to inquire about the refund but was told I could get a reship for the missing item since the refund period was over a month, which I accepted. When asked about how I was able to get a refund offer last time but not this time just out of curiosity, the support told me started getting passive-aggressive saying that I wasn't supposed to get a reship and that they were doing it just for courtesy. I honestly failed to see their point. I made an order from them, one of my items was missing, the bottle itself was missing but the little box package was still in there. I'm just trying to get back the thing I'm supposed to have gotten in the first place. How is this supposed to be a "courtesy"?

On November 21 I've tried to place an order on USA Estée Lauder website for three times in a row and had a mistake message that my order wasn't complete. Then I saw that they charged me 707,14$ those three times!! Ive tried to contact customer service but they just told me they can't see my order, and my money are freezed by my bank and will be released in two days. Okay, few days later( nov 24) I've tried to place an order again and same happened again. Now they charged me 700 dollars 4 times and can't see my transactions and keep telling me that they never charged me. Total amount of money they charged from my cards are 2751 dollars and they refuse they did it. I have all of the papers from my bank and they don't care. That's just unacceptable and is a fraudulent behavior!!!!

Seriously avoid these people. Day 1. Placed and paid for an order. Day 2 told despatched and to be delivered on day 3. Day 3,4 & 5 no delivery - delivery company said there was a problem. Day 6 phoned EL - told to wait until day 9. Day 9 I phoned EL told there was a problem - I told them that 3 days ago! Asked what the problem was - told run out of product!! How was it despatched and money taken from bank if product run out. Now told will take another 7 days for a refund, very poor customer service experience. Update- replied to EL email - guess what - nothing at all. 7 days on and no sign of my refund - make your own mind up on how interested in customer service these people are

I was at the Estée Lauder store in Macy’s at the Christiana Mall. I was helped by Sheirayee Harry, Counter Mgr., Nick Foraker, Beauty Advisor and another young lady who I didn’t get a card from. These guys were so professional and helpful in their job. Not only did they take time to listen to my concerns about my skin issues, they also comforted me with some personal issues. I walked out of there feeling so much better than I did when I came in!! I was able to find a skin care regime which I love. The manager also was kind enough to give me a couple of free samples. Yet another review by me. After a very unhelpful live chat I went ahead and made an order despite not being able to apply the discount. Now I’ve received order it’s missing a £31 item with no indication of what has happened to item and no way of getting hold of someone. Seriously avoid. Estée Lauder suggests I email. The response to suggested email is as follows: Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups: (Estée Lauder email address was written here but I’m not allowed to post with that email) Subject: Trust pilot & missing item This message hasn't been delivered yet. Delivery will continue to be attempted. The server will keep trying to deliver this message for the next 1 days, 19 hours and 53 minutes. You'll be notified if the message can't be delivered by that time. This further highlights the absolute awful customer service. They make out on Trustpilot that they are there to help but email bounces back. Says it all and I really hope my experience acts as a warning to potential customers.

Have a very very bad experience with Estee marketing team in Singapore. Bought their yoonA products and receive the invitation card to attend an event at Paragon atrium. The reason for buying the product is to see my favourite idol who is their ambassador. Despite having the invitation card and pink tag which we are communicated to enter the exclusive zone, we are being barricade at the corner with pole and not able to view her from inside the exclusive zone. What the point of asking people to dress up to the theme and buy the product for it . People that did not purchase the product get a better view of her from the 2nd floor without having to spend a single cent. We are only asked to enter the exclusive zone at 8pm where she already left the event. The main purpose of buying the product is to see her. If we really want to get the product we can buy anytime and not only to get yoonA exclusive product that came with the invitation . The staff are very rude when we ask them question , very bad customer service. Would not be buying and supporting this brand anymore. Too arrogant . I can also provide pic and video on my experience from this event. Went for so many such kind of event before , the first ever disgusting experience and service received.
