Very poor service .Items arrived defected and you cannot reach the customer service .The Website is also very non funtionable .you cannot leave messages.very complicated .this is not what Estee Lauder was in the past 70s .the prices are very high and in the past you get some gifts and now its a very unsatisfied service .I want to give this small perfume as a gift .but not in this condition .the box arrived defected and one parfum the small white linnen dont open .I must brake it for open .this makes me very angry .

If I could give zero star, I would. Went on the website and was told if I signed up to them and then entered a particular code I would get 15%off. This I duly did. I was then told I didn't qualify for the discount. I repeated the process three times to make sure I'd followed the instructions but still the same result. This is clearly totally dishonest and misleading information if not downright untrue. I am guessing the company relies on people shrugging and buying the product anyway, even without the discount. I didn't.

My daughter bought me 2 Double Wear gel eye pencils as a present. They break every time I try to sharpen them - I have bought an Este Lauder sharpener. I still can’t sharpen them - the gel just disintegrates. My other eye pencils sharpen no problem. I can’t find any customer services to use. I will never buy Ester Lauder if I get no response from this as I have spent hours trying to sort the problem of these expensive pencils.

Very bad service ordered item for click and collect after few days of waiting no notification from them for collection. when order placed there wasn’t any estimate arrival date so I was expecting text or email notification when it’s ready to collect. There was tracking number available to track ordered on 22 December 23 tracked few times not sign of arrival, suddenly received message on 11-January 24 order cancelled or returned. Got it touch with customer service no detailed information just read out ups tracking information. Very disappointed. Next episode: Date: 17/01/2024 Good business policy reply with an email address to get in touch with them ( show off to public) I did send them email same reply from them again ups tracking says delivery was unsuccessful, I think they didn’t even read my review or my email properly just copy and pasted an apology email to me. if it was my home address and I wasn’t home I understand my mistake but it’s was one of their own pre selected click and collect address how come delivery be unsuccessful it’s their fault not mine and they trying to put blame on me for unsuccessful delivery. 2nd episode: Date 18/1/24 Sent me an email with link to reorder the product again I said ok clicked on link item there but sold out I emailed them again stating it’s not available. reply from them again so sorry item out of stock they should know before send me the link. I emailed them back again asking where the one that I ordered should be back in warehouse and available or did u actually sent me one ? no reply from them.

Dit bedrijf is gekoppeld aan Bobbi Brown. Omdat ik daar geen reactie krijg, nu maar hier proberen. €112 overgemaakt voor een bestelling. Geen bevestigingsmail gekregen. Na veel bellen nu een keer iemand gesproken. Ik zou echt, echt, echt een mail krijgen waarin een oplossing zou worden geboden. Drie keer raden. Als het niet zo treurig was, zou het bijna lachwekkend zijn.

Dreadful packaging in the estee lauder youth dew dusting powder, no container just powder in a box cheap cardboard that tears easily I purchased this from boots.com website as a Xmas gift, and when I saw it I was horrified at how cheap and awful the packaging was so I returned it straight away. I could not find an email address for EL so I was messaging some agent with my complaint which was a Complete waste of time. Never again will I buy from Estee Lauder as customer care is non existent.

Product not delivered to my house. Contacted Estee Lauder to be told it's no longer there problem once it's picked up by the carrier. They have zero fault. Go up your neighbors or contact the carrier. Now to find new product as I refuse to give money to a company who doesn't back there product being delivered. 2md and last time ordering online.

Il 20 novembre ho effettuato un ordine per diversi prodotti. Ho ricevuto tutti i prodotti ordinati eccetto uno per l’importo di 161 €. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e mi è stato detto che mi sarebbe stato fatto il rimborso. Non avendo ricevuto il rimborso ho Ricontattato più e più volte il servizio clienti: mi sono state date risposte diverse e contrastanti. Tutt’ora non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso.
