Etwas als Geschenk bestellt. Nach 10 Tagen (!!!) wurde die Bestellung ohne irgendeine Ankündigung storniert, nie wieder!!!

This was my first experience ordering from Estee Lauder online. After waiting over a week for my order, I reached out to customer service to find out the status. Apparently, there was an issue with the shipping. They offered to reship the item which would take another 1-2 business days to process and 2 business days to ship (with the weekend, about another week of waiting). I then asked to cancel my order, and they said they couldn't do that because it already shows as shipped. I asked to speak to a manager, they responded "Just a minute." After 5 minutes of waiting, they ended the chat! I was on the chat for a total of 1 hour, with zero resolution! This is not acceptable. By the way, it takes WAY too long for each response on the chat. I spoke with three different representative's and they all gave the exact same blanket answer without offering to actually resolve the issue at hand. After 10+ years of buying their products in store, they've lost a client.

I'll go straight to the point ! I've received an email from Estee Lauder on 26th Mar'23 informing me that I've reached 650 pts & can receive a free full sized item with my next purchase. I ordered and was not able to get the gift online, so I called customer service and was told that it was out of stock. The lady at the customer service assured me that ELwill honour its word and I will get my gift when I next order. So in April I placed another order and called ES to get my gift. After many minutes of explanantion I specifically told her I wanted "resilience multi effect night tri-peptide face and neck cream 50 ml" which was one of the 4 products. The lady on the other end who was not very friendly said she would send me the gift. What I received was resilience multi effect eye cream 3 ml instead of the 50 ml. Can someone at EL let me know what happened ? Was this an insulting joke ? I wasted my time and phone bills calling EL. Does the staff at EL respect us customers ??

First of all I have a complaint. I used chat but I think it does not work well, with long wait times over 5 minutes for responses. The FAQ direct me back to the customer service web page from which I had just come. Obviously Estee Lauder are determined not to communicate. The actual problem concerns an order with "summersale" promotion and a free Advanced Night Repair Serum Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex 30ml (worth £64). and APPLY button. The Apply button has not worked for 2 days, since 24/06/2023 and today. I am now told by Tamsin chat that this is out of stock, yet 12:30 Sunday, Estee lauder continue to advertise this promotion, doubtlessly to entice customers further in their webpages. Tamsin chat does not offer any help ask if anything else or says goodbye. I have now been left hanging on the "phone" chat waiting for something to happen. So 10 minutes later, this bad experience ends finally with someone called Angela "Is there anything further I can help you with today?" Obviously my order had become a non event for them.

I have placed an ANR from Estée Lauder website on 16th June 2023 but still I didn’t get any confirmation from Estée lauder about shipping, I contacted its customer support team several times but all in vein . I don’t know where is my product & when I will get it. Totally disappointed ☹️
