Our bike arrived with a headlight that did not work. I reached out to the company and they got back to me right away and sent a new light out. I was super impressed with the customer service. My 11 year old son loves the electric dirt bike and rides it everywhere.

We encountered some problems with the T-300 battery that was supplied with our bike. The Eskute Support Team proved to be very helpful, providing clear explanations regarding the battery charging process and the meaning of the status lights. Their guidance was particularly valuable, as some of the instructions in the owner's manual were a bit confusing. After it became evident that the battery was not holding a charge, the support team acted promptly and sent us a replacement battery (not a brand new one). This replacement worked immediately, and we appreciated their swift response. Charlotte, Tina, and the rest of the Eskute Team were exceptionally helpful throughout the process.

I am giving a 2 star because the return policy sucks . If you have to return this product you will pay $800-1000 . The bike is a great bike but I had to return mine for state regulations. I spent have the price returning the bike . Communicate was next day if you email them. Best way to purchase go threw Amazon. There return policy is way better with no hassle or add fees. I only had the bike for 3day built it, test it and returned it .

Because e-bikes are large and heavy items, return freight costs can unfortunately be very expensive, especially for long-distance shipping. My trike arrived home in three days, it’s so great. We easily assemble it and I already ride it before it started to rain. I want to thank Tina for answering my questions and coming back to me so fast. She is very nice, I give her a five stars. Thank you.

I purchased 2 m300f bikes. Both came packaged very well but unfortunately both had forklift punch through holes in boxes. One bike no damage, the other bike took the blow to the battery. I contacted Eskute with the issue along with the fact that the headlight mounting bracket was missing. They responded in a timely manner, i took pictures of the issues and Jill resolved it for me right away. Replacement parts are on the way. On a side note both bikes are very nice and customer service was great. Thanks Jill for your help.

I received my Eskute e-trike two days ago and put it together on my own. I was surprised at how easy it was to assemble. The Eskute assembly video was a step by step guide which made it so easy. I’ve ridden it a couple of times and it was flawless. Anyone looking for an e-bike, I believe this is the one. And then there’s the price, lower than all the competitors. I would recommend this e-trike.
