I normally do not write comments on a company customer service. However Eskute provided outstanding customer service. Ordered a T300 e-trike from Eskute on Amazon. Delivery was quick and bike was easy to assemble (I'm 83 and had no problem assamblining the bike - look at the videos before assembly and it will be clear how to proceed). However an electrical problem caused it be not operate properly. Contacted Eskute customer support and we tried several attempts to fix the problem. Jade was responsive and worked with the techincal staff to try and solve the issue. Finally it was determined that it was best to return the bike for full credit. The bike itself is nonreturnable as noted on Amazon. The process for returns worked well. Jade took care of all the details and the full refund was applied through Amazon. I have purchased a replacement T300 e-trike through Amazon. It arrived quickly, again no problems with delivery or assambly or operation. It works great and I enjoy riding it in our neighborhood. e-mail with Eskute customer support worked well. Not immediate returns but response within 2 days was reliable. Phone support during their business hours was ok but normally had to refer to customer support. Good solid e-trike and I consider it a good value for the price. As said, I normally do not write reviews but Eskute was an exceptional company with great customer service.

I purchased the fat tire three wheeler T300 Pro in December. After a minor sprocket issue was resolved by Mr. Zhou quickly and successfully, I modified the rear basket. By extending it and adding a rear stabilizer my big old dog and I use this great machine every day! The quality and durability are remarkable.

I cannot give 6 stars here. I waited over 6 weeks because the e-bike was not available in stock. But I’m happy to say it was worth it. I searched for a mini e bike and I bought the f200. Very fun to drive and also nice acceleration. The summer will be fun

This is a great bike for the cost. Very powerful with alot of tork. I will recommend this to all my peers. Thank you Eskute!

I bought a Ebike from Eskute. It's a great bike and I love it. I did have one little problem. When I hit the front brakes the handlebars would shake. I contacted Eskute and Jade helped me get it fixed. I just had to tighten a stem bolt. The problem was fixed in a timely manner. Their product and support is fantastic. When and If I ever need a new Ebike, I will be buying another one from Eskute because their customer service is fantastic.

Have only had my bike for a week or so but so far I am very happy with it. It shipped quickly and arrived within a few days, with the accessories arriving just a few days later. It seems to be of good quality and I would recommend this brand to anyone that is looking to buy an electric bike!

I have received the E-TrikeT300 within 6 days of ordering. It was well protected and easy to complete the assembly. An issue arise with the battery pack, but the Eskute support team was very efficient and prompt in answering my e-mail. They send a replacement right away and I fully enjoy my new ride. It is well built, great look and very comparable to other high priced company. This support team however, is exceptional in service and knowledge. Their dedication to excellence is quite evident. They have pride in what they do. I would highly recommend the Esqute to others.

Jill answered my questions in a timely manner. She helped me change the color of my bike from black to orange. It ment a lot to me to have orange as it is the color of my favorite F1 race team.
