Bella has been extremely helpful to me before, during and after my purchase of my new Eskute bike. I got red! It was delivered quickly and was mostly easy to assemble. I love the smoothness of the ride but will have to practice driving it…no more using balance to ride and/or correct mistakes! My only issue is that it should have come with a free helmet. Thanks Bella!

The part are good and the bike runs good but the only thing I didn't like that much was the shipping time the parts come

When I ordered the trike I was out of state and the original one was damaged. I worked with Avery and she was able to get me another trike. The replacement came within 5 days and it is great😊😊. Thank you so much Avery

Bike works great. Seat is uncomfortable but wasy to replace. Instructions were not thorough and we called and were provided clear and accurate instructions. They are only open the hours that I work so it was difficult to find the time to call
