August 5 2026 Purchased the T300 for my wife as a first bike. There were a few small issues from delivery ( scratches, etc) but the trike came with touch up paint to fix the scratches. Eskute was quick to reply to my feedback after delivery and offered to replace the seat due to a small cut on the underside. My impression at this point is that they want to remedy any damage done to their product. And that is encouraging when one buys an item on line without local support! The trike was a lot of fun and fit my wife's requirements well. Thank you.

Had a problem with my address and had to change the colour of my T300 trike but with thanks to Tina problems solved and she offered to send me complementary gifts. The bike arrived really fast by UPS we assembled it charged it up and hit the road great looking bike thinking we may order another one.

I tried to compromise with the company...but they keep stating everything is fine....I've written couple of reviews and thought everything was now good... but beware...the brakes on these bikes are very cheap...the bike is heavy so hard to stop.Ive had at the shop twice now...have to put hydraulic brakes on the bike so my grandson doesn't crash....Also the back tire is worn out in the middle already after 176...miles....the front tire is half gone.The keep asking me what terrain are you driving on...I said what ever other person rides on the street...dirt...etc...the tires are also garbage....I have to put those on the bike too............800$$$ more dollars with labor.Im know it might seem like I want a Cadillac for 900$$$but common i could have bought a bike locally for that much money. The local dealers won't even work on these bikes due to them saying they don't stand by these bikes and there made cheap. It's been a nightmare.. you have to find someone willing to fix them...good luck...try to find a company you can talk to directly instead of emails...that should show you how cheap the company is. THEY KEEP ASKING ME TO TAKE MY REVIEWS AWAY...IM NOT DOING IT BECAUSE ITS THE TRUTH. ITS MY FAULT FOR THINKING THIS BIKE WAS GOOD.. ILL TAKE PART OF THE BLAME!!The truth is that I didn't do enough research...my bad...but yet common 900$$garbage...

Got the eskute nova x. Pretty solid i ride it on 5 foot jumps and it handles them very good. The frame is way better than the nova mini.

I was shipped an escute nova mini, and it had some issues, but my good freind Mark helped me out so much with the return process, overall amazing ng company and people just a couple small issues here and there

The purchase was great, but the set up experience was a bit challenging for someone who does not quiet understand mechanics, so if you are a beginner with mechanics you may require someone with experience in putting this bike together. Overall the quality of the bike is fantastic once you put it together!
