I placed an order for a bike, and then accessories. Everything was shipped in an appropriate time frame with good communication. One of my items arrived broke due to the delivery company ( FedEx which sucks always) so Eskute quickly got my email, and sent a replacement right away. And these arrived safe. Thank you.
