I purchased the Eskute V200 and initially had an issue because the bike I received came with a 48V battery even though it had been advertised with a 52V system. I contacted Eskute and explained my concerns. After communicating with their customer service team, they acknowledged the issue with the specifications and offered me a partial refund to make up for the difference. I really appreciate the way Eskute handled the situation. Mistakes can happen, and to me, one of the biggest signs of a good company is what they do after a problem occurs. Eskute listened to my concerns, communicated with me, and ultimately came up with a solution that I was satisfied with. As for the V200 itself, I really like the bike. It's comfortable, sturdy, looks great, and has plenty of power for my needs. The fat tires, comfortable moped-style seat, and overall design make it an enjoyable bike to ride. I was disappointed when I first discovered the voltage difference, but Eskute's willingness to work with me and provide a partial refund completely changed my experience. I'm giving Eskute and the V200 5 stars because they stood behind the sale and made things right.

I was unsure about the sizing for my 13 year old son. I purchased the NOVA X. I thought about upgrading to the beast. After further research, I decided to keep the NOVA X which was the perfect size for him. I even took it for a spin and had thrill ride. Customer service was quickly responsive to my questions and the product was shipped pretty quick. overall professional all the way.

I had an issue with my throttle on my ebike. I called Customer Service and Zhou was able to immediately help me out. She not only sent me a new throttle but she also sent me a link to an installation video. Now that's great Customer Service! Thank you!

Le T300 est super bien prè-assemblé. Pensant que mon chargeur ne chargeais pas ma batterie, j’ai appelé le service clienrelle, on m’a répondu rapidement pour me confirmer qu’elle était prête à l’usage. L’Eskute T300 esr un super bel achat.

I ordered an ebike from here recently and one of the parts was bent. I sent a video demonstrating the bent piece to support and they got back to within 2-3 days, and they were able to send me a replacement piece!
