We purchased the combo sale ebikes M200. Mine was damaged during shipment by FEDEX. Zhou was very professional and helped me through the entire process. She expressed concerned that they were extremely busy and apologized for not getting back to me for a couple of days. I appreciate everything and would highly recommend. I am thankful they made the damage to my bike right and are making sure my replacement parts are here before we leave for our trip.

Customer service was great and very friendly. We love our new bikes and are great for taking on the boat with us. Gives us more freedom when on holiday.

I purchased the combo set of the Eskute D200 bikes, and they have been awesome! We ride them everywhere and have already explored so many new trails. Shipping was fast, everything arrived well-packaged, and the bikes were easy to assemble. The quality feels solid, and the folding design makes transporting them incredibly convenient. They fit easily for travel, which has made it simple to take them wherever we want to ride. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and have already recommended the Eskute D200 to my family and friends. If you're looking for a fun, well-built, and practical e-bike, I highly recommend it!

The service from Jill was prompt and courteous. Jill did a wonderful job with helping me. I couldn’t be happier with my trike and my experience with the service team.

I like the bike. It's a little short on power for hills. Also I find the seat a little too close to the handlebars for my size. Otherwise it would get a 4 star for ease of setup and assembly. Excellent communication with customer service. Oh and if you install the front basket, relocate the light as when the front shocks deploy, which is always, it breaks the light when they connect. I glued the light braket back together and relocated the light on the handlebars column with a pipe clamp. EFIT: The TrustPilot system reads: Umprompted review, however, this review was prompted and a bribe was offered of a free helmet to write a five star review. When I wrote a 4 star review I was asked to change this to a 5 star review becaue they sent the helmet. Bribery does nt work with this user and I did change the review to 3 Stars for this attempted bribery. BEWARE! The 5 star reviews may be false!
