When I realized that getting a couple e-bikes would make it possible to access remote, fire-prone areas where our organization does its work, it was daunting. I chose Eskute for the design features and overall value, and I believe the bikes are very well engineered. But, they were also smarter than me. When I got in a little trouble, it was Eskute's Customer Service Team, specifically Jade, who convinced me that we had chosen not only the right bike, but the right company. Issues were resolved without treating me like the technology dinosaur that I am. Highly recommend Eskute!

I bought my 13 year old the Eskute v101 and he loves it! Great price and it was very easy to assemble. The support from Eskute is very prompt and always willing to help quickly with resolving any questions I’ve had and also quickly sends parts when needed. Tina is a pleasure to work with, totally hassle free. Highly recommend.

An ice storage bin was shipped to me instead of the bike I ordered. I left messages with customer service. Mark reached out to me and was able to get this resolved. He even arranged for FedEx to pick up the wrong package. It was huge and I had no way to get it to a shipping site. Msrk's help with this was greatly appreciated.

I truly enjoy my ESKUTE trike it’s perfect for getting around and picking up a few groceries. For myself I find the number 2 setting is ample fast enough. Assembly was very simple even by myself and I am 82. I would like to commend your representative Zhou for her patience in resolving my chain problem she was very helpful in addressing my issues. Where I live in Saint John New Brunswick Canada we have a great many steep hills but these pose no problem to go up, I do wonder how long brake pads will last due to having to ride brake constantly going down hills and the brake pads don’t seem that thick, time will tell.

My boys love their V100. It’s the perfect size and speed for teenage boys. We’ve recommended it to all our friends and their kids. Sturdy enough for an adult to ride too.
