I have nothing but praise for the prompt, friendly service I have received from Eskute. Any emails I have sent have been answered by Tina within 2-3 days. I have a small issue with my bike but it may be part of the learning to drive an e-bike. My husband ordered one after trying out mine; he goes for miles. I consider it an "entry-level" bike for serious bikers but for those of us that just want a bike to go from here to there, it's perfect. We are seniors and won't be going on any great expeditions. Delivery was less than a week. I must add we were to receive a refund for a concern we had, it was refunded the day they sent the bike out! What service. Thanks Eskute and Tina, keep up the good work!

They help you with anything wrong this is the best company ever I really recommend this brand for e-bikes!
