Bike works great. Seat is uncomfortable but wasy to replace. Instructions were not thorough and we called and were provided clear and accurate instructions. They are only open the hours that I work so it was difficult to find the time to call

I have ordered a total of four eskute d200s for my family and everyone loves them so far. When needed, customer service has been responsive and super helpful. I will always recommend Eskute. My only complaint is the tires seem to be a bit warped on all four of our bicycles, the rim is good but the tire looks wobly when riding. It does not affect ride quality aside from the visual side from the rider. Assembly is quick and easy, you may have to adjust the brake calipers during setup though. Only one of my bikes did not need a caliper adjustment to correct rubbing.

Speaking of my interaction with customer service only regarding both assembly and technical issues with my ESKUTE T-300, I submitted requests for assistance to Customer Service and have received regular and helpful communications with the issues from Customer Service Representative Suri. The communication and information were helpful in resolving one of the two issues submitted. One issue dealt with a severely stuck metal seat post holder, and the other was a controller glitch which disabled the recoding of milage. Regrettably, the seat post holder was resolved by force supplied by a hammer and the use of WD-40 lubricant. The Controller glitch was resolved by information provided by Suri, along with an instructional video which made the process much easier. I am thankful for Suri’s help and quick responses as I was getting frustrated by experiencing problems right out of the box, so to speak. One final note, I sensed that Customer Service, especially Customer Service Representative Suri cared and was invested in resolving the issues quickly and satisfactorily.

I bought the ebike about 2 months ago for my son and he loves it! He rides it everyday with his friends.
