I needed to return the E-trike because it is heavy and my apartment has no ramp. They were a little slow in replying to my emails but still, the return and refund process were okay.

I am blown away by how fast their customer service is! They handled all my requests right away. When I sent an email, Jade responded almost immediately and took care of everything. My order hasn’t even arrived yet, but I'm already super excited based on this amazing experience.

Mark's assistance in solving the headlight wiring issue on the T300 trike I recentlyn purchased was invaluable!! He was very thorough in assessing the problem and taking the proper steps to solve it.

My wife was ridding a larger E bike and she wanted something smaller and more manageable for her. We selected the D 200 foldable bike and it is just the right size. It’s also right for us because we fold it up and take it to Florida with us for the winter months where we can cruise around the park. We had a problem with the seat when it arrived, but after contacting customer service, it was quickly resolved. We received a new seat post and everything is fine now. Great customer service, great product and we would purchase this brand again. This is our fifth E bike so we know the quality between different brands. Eskute stands out.
