Love my lil dirtbike it goes 34mph ! I bought the ESkute V200 in All Black! The Seat is extremely comfortable and pretty soft. I do wish the battery lasted longer but it does last all day depending on how much battery life you have. it’s a half twist throttle unfortunately but it is good for beginners or for something to learn on and have fun with.

I’m pushing 85 years old, in poor physical health, have balance problems and I’m trying to keep my legs in good shape for this Christmas. It will be my 50th year of doing the Santa thing.Because of my balance, I decided to go with the Eskute T300. It was a wise decision, I love this trike. I have had it for about 6 months now, I’ve put over 1,000 miles on it. I ride 15-16 miles every morning except Sunday. I did have a slight mechanical problem with it and customer service extremely helpful with that. I must say that Zhou in the service department was not only a great help but also very patient and courteous with this old man. We did buy a second Eskute bike for my wife, as well as, influence a couple neighbors to do the same. Very happy with the Eskute company and its customer service department.

Really happy with this bike and company so far. It arrived with a couple minor scratches on the handlebars and the front brake was bent, but Eskute’s customer service took care of it immediately. They shipped me a replacement brake through Amazon and I had it the very next day. They also offered me a free set of mirrors for the cosmetic scratches, which I thought was a really nice gesture. As for the bike itself, it’s very cool, feels solid, and has been exactly as advertised. And for anyone wondering — yes, I’ve gotten it up to 28 mph. 😄

Do not under any circumstances do business with this company. They do not store serial numbers, they do not get supervisors, they do not reply to emails, the customer service is rude and defiant. I had 5 things go wrong with my bike within 3 days of it arriving and then when I needed their help with a serial number and/or supervisor they were unable or unwilling to assist and did not care about me as a paying customer at all. I am reporting them to the better business and filing a consumer complaint with the business beareau.

Due to the recent Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, our response time was longer than usual. Regarding the serial number, we would like to clarify that each ESKUTE bike has a unique serial number, which is located on the head tube of the bike. Unfortunately, if the serial number was not recorded or photographed when the bike was received, we are unable to determine the specific serial number of an individual bike from the order information alone. We understand how important the serial number is when reporting a stolen bike, and we sincerely regret that we were unable to provide it after the theft. We truly hope the police are able to locate and recover your bike, and we encourage you to continue working with the local authorities and provide them with all available purchase and ownership information.
