Excellent Ebike, great quality, awesome customer service from Mark. My experience has been awesome. After a snag with my order, I contacted customer service and received great attention from Mark. His professionalism and speed in solution solving was refreshing. The bike has opened up my world allowing me to rehab from a difficult health issue. Bella was very helpful in helping me choose my new e-bike and answer all my questions! The response time was with-in minutes of me sending my email. Bella is TOP NOTCH!!!

It’s a very good quality bike good for price.

Bella helped incredibly through the whole process, although I do believe the email customer service is outsourced to another country as replies were normally sent between 1:00am-4:00am. Still, everyone was very helpful and I got my problem fixed!

I reached out to customer service to make sure the second box had an ETA. Bella answered very quickly and was very knowledgeable!

I gotta say, this company is for real! All employees I have had the opportunity to work with have been fantastic… I bought our son (12yr) the V100 & when I need help they have proven to be excellent customer service.
