I tried to use eSim4travel in multiple countries and unfortunately the services is not reliable. The network connection keeps getting interrupted and is not working for hours which is a problem when travelling and relying on the service. The customer support is very responsive and trying to find solutions quickly, but I would prefer a reliable network coverage. Can’t recommend.

Jede zweite E-Sim funktionierte aus irgend einem Grund nicht während meiner Asien reise. Sehr ärgerlich und zeitaufwendig. Ich würde es absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Es ist ein First Support vorhanden, was gut ist, dieser liefert aber immer nur das gleiche, bis man eine neue E-Sim bekommt, die dann plötzlich geht (ausser dem letzten Mal, worauf ich keine neue mehr gekauft habe). Wirklich sehr unzuverlässig.
