Decent and cheap eSIM provider. They do not offer the fastest connection (often LTE only, sometimes 4G rarely 5G), but prices are significantly lower than competitors. It's fast enough for chatting on WA, VoIP (video)calling, surfing the web, navigating with Google Maps, etc. Most of what you need anyway. Bandwidth heavy users using apps like IG, Youtube, Tiktok might want to look for true 4G/5G providers. Most countries covered, it's my go-to platform for getting an eSIM abroad. Often even cheaper than local offerings in telecom shops. Not perfect 5-star score because of the lower connection speed and choice of network provider (coverage is sometimes less than could be in remote areas).

It was the first time using an eSIM from them and it worked reasonably well. Sometimes I was getting very bad signal or it was not connecting at all (showing a "!" next to the signal level bars). I am not sure it is something common in Canada or in the USA, but I never have these network issues with my personal eSIM in Europe.

they have competitive pricing and there is always some 10% coupon out there. they don't charge extra for 5G when available. they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive esim option. I tried them in my visit to mediterranean sea (greece and Israel) . worked flawlessly . The score should be combination of price, support , coverage and speed (5G). I didn't use their support chat yet (didn't have issues) but that is an important aspect of an eSim company. Speed: what I like about this company they usually provide an esim that will work with 2-3 local ISPs (for example Vodafone and A3 and O2). meaning you can switch between carriers and find the best speed and coverage. from my impression they didn't go to the cheapest data tier which gives me high data speed. things to improve: mobile app to install the esim and check quota, maybe even whatsapp support number

Sehr günstig in Moldawien, 2 USD für 3 GB, Geschwindigkeit vollkommen ausreichend auch für Videochat, im Orangenetz dort, eSIM war in Polen aufgehängt.

Needed an esim at short notice after my network provider (SMARTY) had a fault which meant that I could not roam. Ordered from my phone using wifi and worked well in Belgium and Luxembourg. Connected to the major networks. One star dropped as it wanted you to set up via a QR code and that was not possible for me. The instructions for my phone to install manually were incorrect. Was able to work it out but may not be for those not confident in changing phone settings.
