The item arrived early and in good shape

The purchase was easy and delivered within the time it was supposed to be delivered. I haven't gotten the chace to put it together because of the cold weather. Once I get it together I'll give you a better review.

The picture looks deceiving. It looks like it fits a person inside, but it’s not. Why would you make something like this when you can’t even go inside. I was disappointed. Can’t return it, so it went to trash.

The sauna isn’t as sturdy as I imagined it would be. The flooring feels like it could break somewhat easily but overall it’s been great and we’ve loved using it,

The only problem that I had was that the site said they had the item in stock but actually did not. I had to wait until after Christmas to receive my 100 inch fireplace which I was giving as a gift and tried to coordinate the install with a television. I reached out to support and they provided information on how it works and it was accurate. Other than the site being misleading, it was great.

I waited a whole month for my shipment. I tracking It said that the item was shipped back to the company. I tried reaching out no answer.send an email no answer. I’m very disappointed about this company. Still waiting for a response.
