O ordered 2 units, and loved the quality of the product, but one of the boxes have the wrong product, so I will see how customer service handles this, and the reevaluate.

Received my order a little later but customer service was nice about it and I love my floating shelf very dope

Bought a pergola and although shipping took longer than expected they were super helpful and responsive over emails. It is a drawback that they don’t have a phone number, but we still were able to get contact. Also had a missing piece that they were good with replacing. The pergola itself is really nice and we are happy with the purchase so far!

My purchase arrived with missing pieces and an instruction book with no instructions. Looks like a printing error. I emailed and didn't receive an answer. Then after a couple more emails I got a response on how I was contacted. Well I don't know where. I can't find it. And in the response telling me i was contacted I was also told a diagram was attached. Well no attachment no diagram. I really didn't want to give u such a low score, but u deserve it!!!

Ads were helpful, delivery was fast and the gazebo was well packed . Also, gazebo is going together very easily; just a big "bolt and Nut job." Be sure to have a 4mm Allen bit and a 6mm Allen bit and a cordless driver on hand.

The product was what I expected and it did not disappoint. Delivery was awkward, but when you consider the logistics of delivering 6 boxes, that's a lot of moving parts. Customer service was quick and responsive.

Everything looks and works well. Please improve on your installation instructions. They need better pictures and detailed instructions.
