Hi Markus, thank you so much for purchasing EROMMY products. Our 6x6 heavy-duty outdoor dog kennel features anti-rust wire mesh to prevent breakage, an upgraded door lock to prevent escape, extra steel pipes on top for enhanced support, elastic buckles to secure the top cloth, and ground nails to improve stability. Thank you for pointing out to us that the dog kennel fence are impossible to untangle. We will report this situation to the product department and discuss whether it is necessary to upgrade the material of the dog kennel fence to mitigate this issue. Finally, thank you again for your purchase. We attach great importance to your feedback and using experience. Hi Harry, thank you so much for purchasing EROMMY products. Our 10x10 heavy-duty outdoor dog kennel uses a 1.25-inch thicker steel pipe on top to provide excellent support and prevent collapsing. The ground nail kit also plays an important role in enhancing the overall stability after being inserted into the soil. Thank you for your approval of our dog kennel frames and tarp roofs. At the same time, thank you for pointing out to us that the dog kennel fence wires are loose, easily tangled, and fragile. We will actively provide feedback to the product department to further optimize the product. Finally, thank you again for your purchase. We attach great importance to your feedback and using experience. If you have any problems in the future, you can leave a comment at any time or contact [email protected].
