Very bad design
I purchased the Outdoor Hardtop Gazebo (14' x 24') with a galvanized steel double roof and aluminum frame in June 2024. The delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, several parts were missing, and some were bent. After multiple interactions with customer service, only some replacements were provided, while others were deemed acceptable despite visible damage. We assembled the gazebo over three days at the end of August, but by then, summer was nearly over, limiting our outdoor enjoyment. On February 16, 2025, just six months after assembly, the roof collapsed despite the advertised snow load capacity of 3,300 lbs. I was devastated, having never used the gazebo for a single gathering. As a mechanical professional with years of construction experience, I can confidently say this gazebo is not built for Canadian weather. I had requested engineering drawings before purchase, but they were unavailable, raising concerns about the product's reliability. I cannot recommend this product and advise others to seek brands that provide verifiable engineering documentation and deliver on their advertised promises.
