Great gazebo with all the features. It arrived within 4 days of order. Cheaper than the Costco version with a lot more features. very happy with the product.

Hi Maryam, thank you for purchasing EROMMY 12X20 Aluminum Gazebo. This gazebo has reinforced columns and triangle supports that ensures durability. Wood-grain aluminum elevates outdoor spaces. Galvanized steel roof keeps your space shaded and cool. Water gutter design ensures lasting durability and prevents damage. Double-layered curtains and netting provide privacy and comfort. This 12X20 aluminum gazebo is very perfect for your garden and family gatherings.

The material of the sunroom is great
The material of the sunroom is great. One downside is several pieces were missing causing for additional delays on finishing our sunroom. We had a assembly company to come and could not finish the assembly until the pieces arrive. There should be additional checks to make sure the customer have all to assemble.

Well packaged in 3 boxes and overall missing only couple screws however verbal as well as included visual directions would have been helpful , Approximately total 40 man hours for 3 or 4 man crew was necessary to fully assemble. Looks good.

Hi Don, thank you for your feedback. We will continue to strengthen the management of accessories. At the same time, thank you for the installation time you provided, which will provide some reference for other users.

Great gazbo 12x20 brown double roof
Great gazbo 12x20 brown double roof. I hired 2 guys from next door website. They were handyman. Took them 6.5 hours plus unwrapping and sorting. They said the roof second part was the hardest because a 3rd guy could have helped hold it on a side, but it is dorae with patience having 2 guys. No not skip a step even if you think it's not necessary. It did have a dent but I didn't want to call and wait to resend. Guys didn't find it until they started roof.
