Affordable, great quality and fast professional delivery

I’m pleased with the purchase that I made for the pergola wasn’t hard to put together. I did it by myself. It took me a couple extra days to do it all the parts was there and it looks really nice. I’ve already recommended one to my brother.

Prompt responses from the customer service department! very professional and efficient. We received few parts damaged (probably during logistics) however customer service was able to replace them in a timely manner.

We received the Gazebo..Its almost finished..Looks good so far .Our family member is a professional handy man...this took literally over 8 hours with 3 people and its still not completed...the directions were not as clear..so far we still need to put up the drapes and add additional bolts...This is our 3rd gazebo and honestly sooo much harder

Paid $6000 for top of the line large pergola that is supposed to open and close curtains and roof slats electronically. Electronics are a mess, don't work, do different things at different times. Contacted the company multiple times via phone and email and they will not solve the problem. Only after this review did they respond with no help at all. Still doesn’t work.

I received my gazebo very quickly, however 4 of the main pieces were not labeled. They look similar but vary by length. Parts B, B1 and C. Part C1 was labeled. I called to have someone identify them for me. My call was returned promptly, I was told the service department was going to send me an email, so far no email and no response to the one I sent.
