Unfortunately the logistics company the seller chose is not a common carrier. My product has been sitting at the shippers warehouse for two days now and no idea when they will deliver

My couch back height is different on each piece which means the L shape side is shorter than the the other piece so it looks really weird!

Unit came to us damaged, a quick email and a few additional days were all it took to get it rectified. The customer service team did a great job Update, after the simple repair we are thrilled with the sauna.

The shipment arrived very quickly and with no damage. The fireplace was a gift to my parents. They are VERY pleased. My Dad is 85 and had no problem putting it together. The fist box that arrived (the cabinet part) was too heavy for him, but he took it in the house piece by piece. A couple days later the fireplace insert arrived. That gave him time to get everything together and ready for inserting the fireplace unit.
