EROMMYReviews of erommy.com

The ordering and shipping was fast and easy. Building the gazebo was perfect. The instruction booklet had no words so that a few times it was "trial & error". The quality of materials and structure strength is excellent. I will be ordering more patio and yard items again soon.

The items came damaged. I’ve called and left messages with no response. And have been emailing back-and-forth sending information however they have more questions, I’ve asked them to call me instead of the back-and-forth emails because we could get this resolved much quicker still waiting on a response from that. Finally received the replacement and it is the wrong furniture, instead of getting the sofa we received a replacement for a chair, they told me to open the box. I should have everything, that’s incorrect. Not sure what’s going to happen at this point as I’ve been told I have everything I need We have ordered from this company in the past and been happy, but now so disappointed

Easy purchase. High quality furniture. Easy assembly. Comfy.

Great chairs. Very sturdy! Easy to put together, more beautiful in person. Great price. I am thinking of ordering 2 more before they are all gone.

Customer service was excellent. It took more than 15 days to receive replacement items once payment was sent, but I am still very satisfied at this point. I hope that they continue to have great customer service and provide good products.

I thought what the hell did I buy but now seeing it built the ease of building it. My wife loves it but most of all I like how much I saved.

Customer service is terrible. I have left numerous messages for them to call me but have not received a callback The gazebo we received was damaged and it is impossible to talk with someone to get this resolved. I’m on day three now waiting for a response

Do not buy from this company! I had 3 parts damaged on a pergola i purchased. Product was not package good at all. Contacted Erommy by phone, lady was polite and listened. Referred me to email to report my damage. From there it all went down hill. Said it would be 2 to 3 months to ship damaged parts. Told them that was unacceptable, i just wanted to return it. They responded that the damage was not that bad and i could bend the one part with pliers and nobody would notice the dents on other two parts. Wanted me to take compensation of $200 to take it as is. For almost two months it has been the same emails going back and forth many times. I keep asking how to return pergola and they ignore what i say and keeping pushing me to keep it. I submitted a claim with the better business bureau hoping they will help. Can't talk with anyone, just email. I call and leave messages, no one will call me back. What a nightmare purchase this was!
