The girl that I received came with instructions, however they're very difficult to follow. Material is very thin and very pliable. I would not recommend this product. The best part of the value is the cost, but I believe you're paying more in the long run for a product that you can't assemble and will not last you very long if you do. And it's very odd. They don't put their name on it so that you cannot contact them. However, I got their name from the third-party distributor that they used to sell their product.

If you are looking for accessories, parts for Erommy products don't bother and if you are looking for customer service it is non-existent. Purchased a louvered pergola in 2023 which was not cheap in price. Need a new mosquito netting. Went on line and found nothing. Tried calling customer service number. Recording stated that if calling during business hours (Pacific time) and if not connected to a person to leave a message. Well I called during business hours and no connection to a person, was going to leave a message and was disconnected. This happened 4 times. Tried using that chat option to no avail. Message indicated to contact customer service. I sent an email and did get a response that I needed the model number. I bought this in 2023 and did not have the model number. Reply back was basically we can't help you. I also tried purchasing on their site a winter protection cover. The site showed a sales price and regular price. When I went to check out the regular price kept showing up. Tried calling customer service again, and same issue. Used the chat and response was you have to check another box to get the sales price. So again confusing for the customer and misleading by them. I didn't purchase the item as their checkout is just as confusing as their site and pricing. Would never recommend them or their products to anyone.

Revived my package and it’s missing box 3/7. I have called and the phone Just hangs up after like 30 seconds . I have Emailed and not received any response ! Looking at these reviews is daunting I have a $1700 pergola that is useless !

My package was sent to a different state. I had to convince representative to investigate. I received pushback for weeks. I resorted to copy & pasting the companies own statement that they would investigate the missing shipment. The company found out the shipper mislabeled the package and sent it somewhere other than to me. The package was delivered but with a lot of anguish on my part ($150). I thanked the rep for the investigation but…you know the real story.
