I ordered a couple of Elizabeth collars because it was a great price. My mistake was that I got the size wrong (too small for my GSD). I asked about options and the cust. serv. response was its a nonreturnable item. No attempt to help me order a new one or even ask about the mistake. Quite apathetic.

On Sept 2023, I ordered an ointment for my puppy's eye along with some treats. It was a simple order and I received all I purchased. I've been on the - merchant shamelessly short changed me- side more than I should. So when a merchant does their job and shipped all I bought, it should be shared with skeptical customers. Best of luck to all. - Margaret M.

they just don’t care. I ordered more than one box of flea and tick medicine and my dog passed away. I called and left a message and emailed to see if there was anything I can do about returning it and they never even bothered to respond.

Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn’t happen. I’ve been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn’t hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.

On March 26th I canceled an order as it was on BO, even though the website said it was in inventory. I found the shots somewhere else that I could get quicker and cheaper. It is now April 22nd and I still have not received a refund. I have email confirmation that it was canceled and called 8 days after cancellation and got no where. Sent dispute off to PayPal to deal with. We shall see if it gets resolved.

It's been two months, I have never received my pets meds. I've called them 2-3 times. First they said the mail was delay a month. Next they said they would ship out another package to me, but that one also never arrived and I never received any communication about the second package. I finally had to report it to my bank. Do not recommend.

I had ordered meds for my horse on the 9th of January, my vet sent the approval on the 10th and by the 17th they hadn't been sent out yet. I called and they said something like "oh, we just got that med in" I explained that I needed it immediately by that point and they said they would expedite shipping, which never happened. I ultimately cancelled the order. Called another pharmacy and the meds were at my house in two days (no shipping fee). I would say even if they offer a discount coupon don't do it. There is something not right with that company IMO

Their advertising was deceptive. I don't trust them to try to fill the prescription again, so I am going to email them to notify not to fill the prescription again!
