I received a 20% off store-wide promo, and placed items in my card, entered the coupon code, and nothing happened. Couldn't get the order to go through. Called in, and the rep said the coupon couldn't be used with the item (despite the coupon being listed as "store wide" with no restrictions) and said the item was on backorder. Seemed weird, so I sent an email asking for help, and was told to call in. Replied saying I already did, and was ignored. Oh well. Guess I will order elsewhere.

Took almost 1 month to receive my order. Spoke with Customer service multiple times and they were not helpful.

Prices are significantly higher. I purchase Amitriptyline for my dog from a different online pet pharmacy and there is a $10 difference for a 100 count bottle for the same dosage.

I still haven’t gotten my dog’s meds this is the 2nd time you have made him do without his meds. I’ll be lucky if he makes it through hacking and coughing can barely breathe. I’ve been waiting over a week for them to come. I know my vet would not make him wait!!!!!!

Entirely Pets screwed up a prescription order for Sentinel by combining a prescription for 2 different pets; thereby shipping less than I ordered. Their customer service representative provided entirely incorrect information when I called to get the balance of the prescription shipped. Then, the remaining part of the order fell under the minimum for free shipping. I was then charged shipping. I've dealt with Entirely Pets before and did okay. But now there is a total disconnect between Entirely Pets and the pharmacy that actually fulfills their prescriptions. They totally lost me as a customer as they cannot even communicate accurately how the orders are processed and shipped.

Getting my dog’s Rx has been nothing but difficult. I had to call 8 times, over 6 weeks, in order to get my dog’s seizure medication sent correctly. When the medication finally showed up, half of the tablets were crushed and in small pieces. I will now get the meds through Chewy.

Entirely pets advertises different discounts, but when you check out you will find that it may not be what you expect. The information you need, to know how their discounts work is hidden in a tiny asterisk link. Once clicked, I had to scroll down 13 screens to get that info. I was ordering a product with an "instant 10%" discount. They also had a Black Friday code discount of 20%. They will not give both discounts, yet is does not say that where they advertise the discounts nor does it let you know what they did at check out (eliminating one discount). It only shows the actual amount of the discount offered. Do your Math! The company does have a very tiny asterisk after the Black Friday sale code, but you need to know to click on it and it takes you to a page that will first show lists of product exclusions it will not work for. Then if you scroll down 13 screens, it says that only one promotional offer can be used at a time. Yet, I did not need to put a code in for the first 10% off, so I did not think of it as a promotion. This whole presentation is at the least, a deceptive practice. They are hiding this information as most people probably won't calculate what the discount should have been. In my case it was a $22 difference in the pharmacy. Two final notes: (1) Every time I went back to look at the product page and returned to check out I had to re type in the Black Friday code. (2) I have done business with them prior and their products are fine. I just don't like to be deceived.

I ordered a couple of Elizabeth collars because it was a great price. My mistake was that I got the size wrong (too small for my GSD). I asked about options and the cust. serv. response was its a nonreturnable item. No attempt to help me order a new one or even ask about the mistake. Quite apathetic.
